Whether you can give a few hours or more of your time, every effort helps us serve more people and make a greater difference. Must be 18+ to volunteer

Once the completed application is returned, a background check will be performed. If you are a good fit for us, we will contact you to invite you to a new volunteer orientation. As an organization made up almost entirely of volunteers, we rely on the help of volunteers for every aspect of operations.

Volunteers must be able to lift up to 25 lbs, pack bags, move food items, and stand for about 2.5 hours. If this isn't a fit, no worries! There are many other ways to help your community.

Our Current

Volunteer Roles:

  • Prep: Put together shelf-stable food bags, produce bags, dairy bags, meat bags, personal care bags, and snack bags.

  • Food Distributor: Run prepped bags out to clients, disassemble unused bags, and clean up after each pantry session.

  • Drivers: Pick up the weekly order at the NH Food Bank on Mondays. Drivers must be able to lift 30 pounds.

  • Unpack Deliveries: Unpack and sort meat and bread deliveries.
